Dear diary,
We came home from Italy last night. We stayed in a fabulous hotel. We had dinner in great restaurants and ate excellent food. My brothers were in bed till 11:00, so mum and I did some shopping early in the morning. We went to nice shops and we bought many souvenirs.
Dad and the boys played volleyball at the beach in the afternoon, so I swam in the hotel pool. On Sunday we visited museums and we also saw lovely monuments. The weather was generally sunny and hot. However, it rained one afternoon, but it stopped two hours later. A friend of ours arrived on Friday for the weekend. We took many photos, but then I broke the camera.
I talked to lots of local people and tried to learn a little more Italian. What a fabulous 10 days!
